3. Transcriptions are based on the quality of the audio supplied. We allow revisions but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

1. Once payment is made, full refunds are not available. Partial refunds may be granted up to a maximum of 50%, at our sole discretion.

2. Once a refund process begins, no partial translation will be delivered.

3. Any notarisation fees are non-refundable once paid.

Delivery Policy

1. Translations are delivered digitally via email.

2. Printed or posted certified copies are available only upon prior request.

3. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party postal services (e.g., Royal Mail). Clients may incur additional costs for reposting.

Customer Responsibilities

1. All revision requests must be submitted in writing and clearly stated.

2. Clients should check their spam/junk folders if emails are not received.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all documents explicitly marked as confidential. We will not disclose such information without your written consent, except as necessary to provide our Services.

Legal Responsibility
